We have a focus on quality of the product, without a necessity to hide behind excess sugar. We specialize in wholesale but are open to custom orders and requests as well. Don't hesitate to call and ask!

What sets us apart?

Our rye flour is NON-GMO imported from Poland which in January, 2013 became one of the few countries that has a ban on cultivation of Monsanto’s products! We make every loaf by hand and use sourdough (flour, water and salt) which makes the bread easy to digest. The sourdough bacteria actually pre-digests the flour, this releases micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc which are lost in other varieties of bread. This process takes place over a long slow fermentation, which gives your loaf a superior taste and texture. Studies have shown that rye flour added to sourdough can help regulate blood sugar levels which helps ward off diabetes.
